A unique new experience

The Land Rover Experience Centre at Katinen Manor, opened at the end of May 2003, is the first one of its kind in Scandinavia. There are only 30 similar centres worldwide: in England, Belgium, South Africa and New Zealand, new centres will also be opening soon in Canada and Sweden. Land Rover Experience Centre Finland at Katinen is the only training centre in the world where participants can also learn to drive in challenging winter conditions.

Skilfully and safely

The concept of the training centres is the same everywhere. The centres’ chief trainers, including Katinen’s Tomi Karrinaho, have learned their skills at Land Rover in England and have trained a sufficient number of experienced teachers to meet the needs of the training centre. The purpose is to teach users of Land Rover to drive skilfully and safely in all conditions and to respect nature.

At the wheel after a meeting

Besides the comprehensive training offered to buyers of a Land Rover, Katinen’s LRE Centre offers tailor-made courses for groups of conference delegates. The course consists of a theory part and various trainer-led driving tasks on a course in the forest. Each car has a trainer and a maximum of three participants.
