Green and root vegetables, herbs and berries are all picked from the Manor?s own vegetable patch and garden.

The Manor?s kitchen uses mostly domestic ingredients supplied by local, recognized farmers. The delicious menus are seasonal and include produce from the forest and the lake, not forgetting shellfish and other international delicacies.
